4 people arrested for selling fake Remdesivir injections in Baramati

The number of deadly coronavirus infections in the country is on the rise, and fake sales of Remdesivir vaccines used in covid treatment are on the rise.

Police have arrested four people who were selling fake Remdesivir injections in Baramulla, Maharashtra. Police have seized three injections from the detainees.
DSP Narayan Shiragaonkar of Pune Rural district said that he had pasted the Remdesivir label on the liquid parasitamol bottles and sold it as a legitimate remdecivir injection.

Recently, Uttar Pradesh police arrested three medical personnel who were trying to sell Remdesivir injections in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. 265 pieces of Remdesivir injection were seized by the detainees.
