Three suspects arrested for robbery in Bengaluru

Bengaluru : Vijayanagar police on Wednesday arrested three accused of stealing a motor vehicle in front of their house and seized four bikes worth Rs 2.69 lakh.

Jabiullah (19), a resident of Mangammanapalya, and Abdul Hafeez (20), a resident of Bommanahalli, were arrested.

A resident of RPC Layout had stolen a TVS scooter worth Rs 42,000 which was parked in front of his house on March 30. He had lodged a complaint with the Vijayanagar police station.

The complaint was received when police registered a complaint and searched for bike thieves. It is said that the detainees had stolen bikes for the purpose of making a luxury life. He have already changed the number plate of some bikes and has been involved in several cases in the past.
