Sushant Singh’s death case recommended to CBI
NEW DELHI : The Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case has accepted by the Bihar government’s recommendation of submitting the death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI),
Bollywood actress Riya Chakraborty has gone to the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of the FIR from Sushant’s suicide case to Patna.
Justice Hrishikesh Roy, who was interrogated today, said that the verdict on the actor’s death should fall out.
Meanwhile, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who appeared in court on behalf of the Center, said the central government had accepted the Bihar government’s decision to hand over the case to the CBI.
