Kanpur experience: Main charged Vikas Dubey a history-sheeter with 60 criminal cases

Vikas Dubey (53), who hails from Bikaru town in Kanpur, was prior blamed in the homicides for BJP pioneer Santosh Shukla (54) and resigned school head Siddheshwar Pandey (65) at Shivli police headquarters zone of Kanpur Dehat.

He had an after of steadfast young people,” Manoj said.
