PM Modi surprise visit to Ladakh
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief of Defense Staff Bipin Rawat have visited the Ladakh area. few days ago, 20 Indian soldiers and more than 40 Chinese soldiers were killed in a clash in the Galvan River valley. At least 18 Indian soldiers were seriously injured in the attack. Eighteen warriors escaped casualties at a hospital in Ladakh. Similarly, in a different hospital, 58 warriors were treated and all the incidents can be reviewed.
The Prime Minister’s visit served as a morale booster for the forces and a powerful message to China, which has shown unrelenting aggression at the border with incursions spotted in satellite images. Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat and Army Chief MM Naravane accompanied the PM as he toured the region and met with soldiers.
