High Alert by Bengaluru Police: Sudden Crackdown on Over 250 Buses in Early Morning Raid!

“To dismantle the drug trafficking networks entering the capital from other states and districts, the North Division Police conducted a massive special operation today.
Under the guidance of DCP North Division, Shri B.S. Nemagowda, IPS, and led by ACP Malleshwaram Sub-Division, Shri Venugopal, the operation commenced at 4:00 AM. Specialized teams from Sriramapura, Nandini Layout, RMC Yard, and Jalahalli Police Stations participated in this intensive drive.
A total of 253 government and private buses entering Bengaluru via Tumakuru Road were intercepted and thoroughly inspected. Notably, a specialized K9 squad trained in narcotics detection was deployed to scan for drugs and other suspicious items hidden within the vehicles.
The sudden inspection, which lasted for over six hours until 10:30 AM, serves as a stern warning to those involved in illegal activities and drug smuggling.”
