Police Commissioner Kamal Pant issued special notice on tight security for Karnataka Bandh

Bengaluru: The Karnataka Organization’s consortium has condemned the formation of the Maratha Development Corporation. Police Commissioner Kamal Pant has issued a special notification to the tight police force across the city following a call to the Karnataka bandh on December 5th.
The police have been advised to carry out tight security around the city since midnight. Hoysala’s police personnel will be on patrol at 4:30 am. Further, tight security is being provided at KSRTC, BMTC and Metro stations.
As the protests are being held from City Railway Station to Freedom Park or from Town Hall to Mysore Bank Circle to Freedom Park, police information should be collected in advance. Those who put their hands up for a social act must be extradited. Maximum police deployment is compulsory until the strike is known, and officers must perform duty with a helmet, revolver, and Walkie Talkie.
Security monitoring is handled by DCPs. Be courteous with the public. Strict security measures should be taken in sensitive areas. Traffic cops should arrange for smooth traffic. More security should be placed near the residence of the chief minister and minister. The Commissioner said in the order that the deployment of KSRP troops should be done.
