7,576 positive in Karnataka, 97 deaths, Bangalore 3,084

Bengaluru: Coronavirus  continues to spread in Karnataka , 7,576 people have succumbed to coronation and 97 have died. The total number of infected persons in the state is 4,75,265.

The number of deaths due to infection in the state rose to 7,481, with 97 deaths in the past 24 hours.

A total of 97 people have died in the state, including 41 in Bangalore, over the past 24 hours due to the coronavirus, said by the Department of Health and Family Welfare.

The highest number of 3,084 new cases have been reported in a single city in Bangalore, with the number of infections in Silicon City rising to 1,76,712.

7,406 people have been discharged from the hospital, while the number of those who have recovered has risen to 3,69,299. A total of 98,536 people are being treated at prescribed Covid hospitals.
