RR Nagar by-election: PPE kit from BBMP for Covid infected People

Bengaluru: BBMP Commissioner N Manjunath Prasad said the government would take all precautionary measures to vote for Covid patients in Rajarajeshwari Nagar (RR Nagar) in an attempt to prevent the spread of Covid during the by-election.

“It’s the people’s right. We call them and if any of these patients want to vote, we take them to the ambulance and to the polling booth.”
“There are 1,177 Covid patients registered in the field,” said Manjunath Prasad, RN Nagar Returning Officer. “RR Nagar has nine wards and we have 10 ambulances in this ward,” he said.
