Rain likely in the state for the next two days: Meteorological department forecast

Bengaluru: The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted that there is a possibility of thundershowers in the state on Friday and Saturday.

There is a possibility of rain in the hilly, coastal and southern inland districts of the state, and a ‘yellow alert’ has been issued for Dakshina Kannada district on Friday. 

Heavy rain will occur in Chikmagalur, Hassan, Mandya, Mysore districts. There is a possibility of moderate rain in some parts of northern interior. Bangalore will have cloudy weather for both the days. Meteorological department has informed that there will be moderate rain in some places.
