PFI organization banned across the country: Central government’s important order

New Delhi : The central government has issued an order banning the Popular Front of India (PFI) organization for five years in the wake of allegations of anti-national activities.
The Central Home Department has issued an order in this regard and this important decision has been taken after the NIA attack.
It has banned the Popular Front of India and its associates or affiliates across the country for five years with immediate effect, declaring it an illegal organisation.
In the explanation given by the central government in its notification in the background of the PFI ban, the Karnataka government’s recommendation and Praveen Nettaru’s murder have been mentioned. National Confederation of Human Rights Organization, National Women’s Front, which was affiliated with PFI, was also banned, Junior Front, Empower India Foundation banned, Rehab Foundation, Campus Front of India, All India Imam Council were banned.
