America announcing sanctions against Russia

WASHINGTON: Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared war on Ukraine, a deadly attack. US President Joe Biden has responded to the affair by staging a sit-in with Putin.
Russia has violated international law. Russia is waging war on Ukraine in spite of our warnings. Thus there is no question of discussing it with President Vladimir Putin. Biden said Russia would face a dire impact on its wrongdoing.
New sanctions have been announced on Russia. The assets of four Russian international banks have been seized.
Half the world is against war. The world does not need war. More than 30 countries stand by Ukraine. But Vladimir Putin has made a dictatorial decision. The US will send 7,000 troops to Germany if the situation deteriorates.
