Bio Bag Compulsory When Collecting Pets In Public Places: Kupa Appeals To High Court.

BENGALURU: The Compassion Unlimited Plus Action (CUPA) moved the Karnataka High Court looking for headings to the magistrate of Bruhat Bengluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to execute the round gave by the state government commanding animal people to convey biodegradable crap packs in recreational areas.
