Mysterious fever, appearing in children-Is it 3rd Wave ?

Bengaluru: Viral fever has been appearing more frequently in children recently. Symptoms of conidia and dengue fever appear to be negative when children are tested for coronavirus. Suspicions and fears that this is a corona mutant are haunting the public.

Cold, cold and flu are common during the monsoon, winter and summer seasons. But recent fever, especially in children, has been prolonged. Viral fever is more frequent in infants and children up to 5 years of age, with high fever, tiredness, sputum, cold and vomiting. But the negativity is coming when Corona is tested. Some seasonal viruses, such as respiratory syncytial virus, H1N1 or chickenpox, are also present.

Fear of what it is, therefore, is worrying people in the midst of anxiety. People don’t need to worry. Doctors say that children should not be checked unless they have an unusual symptom, coronal syndrome.

Dr Niranjan Patil, Associate Vice President of Infectious Diseases and Associate Vice President of Metropolis Healthcare Limited, says the flu-like symptom persists for more than three days or should only be tested if symptoms are present or if the area is showing similar symptoms.

Dr Niranjan Patil said : “This is an old virus: if there are any unusual symptoms, you will need to check for molecular tests, swab collections, virus culture etc.” At least 50-60 children have seen viral fever and infection symptoms, but 40% of these children have seen the flu.
