Bengaluru: A group of students has raised funds to provide medical equipment to Primary Health Centers (PHCs) in Bangalore to combat the third wave of coronary epidemic.

Under the project Breathe, started by ‘Bellandur Alu’, the 11th grade students of Indus International School raised money.

At a cost of Rs 3.3 lakh, the students bought oxygen concentrations, oximeters, IR thermometers, PPEs, N95s, oxygen masks and training stands.

We personally witnessed the horror of the second wave, Adiv Reiki, who led Team Indus. People in rural areas rely on government hospitals for oxygen deprivation. So after a month of shade with Bellandur, Project Breath was launched in Anekal Taluk to deal with the third wave.

Founder-President Kishori Mudaliar with Bellandur, Adiv has been a Junior Volunteer with Bellandur for four years. He said Skywalk designs always adhere to tree census and traffic rules awareness drives.
