50 lakhs for martyred soldier’s family :CM Jagan Mohan Reddy

Vijayawada: Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today announced a compensation of Rs 50 lakh to the family of Havaldar Praveen Kumar Reddy, a martyr in the firing squad in Kashmir.

The chief minister has sent a letter of condolence to the wife of the martyred soldier and said that she will be given Rs 50 lakh compensation from the state government.

Minister Narayana Swamy visited the martyrdom village of Reddyvaripalli in Chittoor district and handed over a letter to the chief minister expressing his condolences to the family of MP Reddyppa and lawmaker MS Babu Yodhi.

Warrior Praveen Reddy was killed in a firefight yesterday in Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
