Janata curfew: unprecedented response

BANGALORE: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today called for a self-motivated Janata curfew and thanked all staff and people who are working hard day and night to thank Coronavan at 5 pm. It also got an unprecedented response.

Before 5 pm, people from all over the state, including Koramangala in Bangalore and across the state, thanked them by standing on the stalls and applauding. Some even offered their congratulations by hitting the platters and saucers.

CM B.S. Yeddyurappa also thanked his family by standing on the balcony of the house and applauding. Sath had also given CM his staff at the Dollargiri residence at Dollars Colony
