New CSI Bishop of Karnataka Central Diocese Honored, Discusses Caste Census

Bishop Rev. Dr. Vincent Vinoth Kumar, the newly consecrated Bishop of the Church of South India (CSI), Karnataka Central Diocese, was recently honored at an event in Bangalore.
