Covid-19: Two people died of Corona in the state, 57 people tested positive

Bengaluru: Corona fears are rising again in the state, with 57 people testing positive for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of infected people has increased to 894.

The Department of Health and Family Welfare said in a statement that two more people have died in the state due to the coronavirus pandemic today.

A total of 542 people were tested for COVID-19 in the state today, of which 57 tested positive. There are a total of 519 active cases, of which 356 are under home care and 13 are undergoing treatment in hospitals, the Health and Family Welfare Department said.

The Health Department is monitoring the Covid situation and is taking steps to bring it under control. Although there is no cause for concern, the government has appealed to the public to take precautions.
