High-tech lab: BBMP contract with Manipal Hospital

Bengaluru: BBMP has entered into an agreement with Manipal Hospital to build a high-tech lab in Bangalore, said BY Malleshwaram MLA AND Higher Education Minister  Dr Ashwattha Narayan.

Speaking at a news conference at Vikasasudha, Ashwaththa Narayan said that the lab would be launched primarily in his assembly constituency, Malleswaram and would be launched in Bangalore in the next few days. The BBMP will provide the building for the lab and the Manipal Hospital will provide all the facilities for the lab.

Similarly, the lab will be available to everyone at an affordable rate and private diagnostic services will be available at a discount of 30 per cent. Patients recommended by the primary care center will get a 40 per cent discount and BPL cardholders will get a 50 per cent discount.
