Karnataka police have proved their performance of their duties-CM BSY

Bengaluru :-Karnataka police have proved their efficiency and integrity in the performance of their duties, –Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa.

Addressing the Chief Ministers’ Medal for the year 2019, he said that those who show exceptional ability in duty, loyalty, militancy and naxal activities, suppression of law and order, intelligence, procurement, road traffic and safety are encouraged.

The state-of-the-art technology for the upgrading and duty management of the Police Department’s infrastructure has been supplied by the government and the Union Home Minister has recently given green light to 150 vehicles in the Emergency Department.

He said 11,000 well-equipped houses would be built for policemen at a cost of Rs.2,272,37 crore under the Police Home 2020 scheme, while the Nirbhaya project for the safety of women at a cost of Rs 667 crore was implemented in collaboration with the central government.
