Implementation of RR Nagar Assembly Election

Bengaluru :Voting for the Rajarajeshwar Nagar assembly constituency is being held, with the city police commissioner Kamal Pant issuing a directive to enforce section 144 (Prohibition). The election process will be held from October 29 to November 12, in which case the law will go into effect.

Candidates from various political parties will be in the nomination process at the Election Officers Office No.119 to contest the election. As a result of the coronavirus, the supporters of the candidates have been banned from attending the event. The barrier has been issued for a 100-meter span around the nomination office.

He warned that if there were 5 or more people violating Section 144, the procession and assembly, the burning of a replica of a firearm, would be prosecuted.
