No longer sealed down in Bangalore BBMP Commissioner- Manjunath Prasad

BBMP Commissioner N Manjunatha Prasad said, “There is no longer a seal down in the BBMP range. The decision to make a containment zone is made only if there are more than 3 or more cases within 100 meters.

The BBMP has also reported that people are not come for free test ,if tested positive the home and locality would be sealed. Contractors are paying Hug amount of rupees in the name of tin and iron barricades under seal-down. There was also a shortage of barricades in the recent past. It is for this reason that the BBMP has abandoned the seal-down system.
