Bombay High Court suspends two FIRs against Arnab Goswami

MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday suspended two FIRs stopped against Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami for his supposed provocative and fiery remarks on the Palghar crowd lynching and assembling of transient specialists outside Bandra railroad station in the midst of lockdown.

In a between time request, a division seat of Justices Ujjal Bhuyan and Riyaz Chagla noticed that at first sight, no offense was revealed against Goswami and he had not expected to cause open disharmony or impel savagery.

The court, while conceding the appeal documented by Goswami, guided the police to not make any coercive move until conclusive hearing and removal of the supplication.
